Board of Directors Meeting

9-23-08

In attendance were board members Trent Gale, Frank Galloway, Tom Minor, Jim Byars, Jim Trimble and Glenn Terry.  Not attending was board member Steve LeGrow.

Minutes of the previous meeting were approved.

Old Business:

The mail was approved with only minor changes to the date.  They will be mailed to the homeowners by the end of the week.

New Business:

Dr. LeGrow has tendered his resignation.  The board needs to consider a replacement to be discussed at the next meeting.

The community fared well during the recent hurricane winds.  There are a few trees down.  Trent Gale will contact the county commissioner for help with some of these.
