Board of Directors Meeting

8-19-08

In attendance were board members Trent Gale, Frank Galloway, Tom Minor, Jim Byars and Jim Trimble.  Not attending were board members Steve LeGrow and Glenn Terry. 

Old Business:

A draft of the mail out concerning a fire substation in Eagle Landing has been referred back to Jim Trimble for further work.  He will rework and send to the board again for their review.

New Business:

None introduced.

Committee Reports:

Architectural Committee: 

Tom Minor reported on three requests for regular docks on the lake that have been approved.  There are three sites being cleared for some type of construction; no permits have been requested.  The committee will keep a close watch on these locations.

Common Area:

Glenn Terry was not in attendance.  No report.
