Board of Directors Meeting  Minutes (Pending approval)

7-15-08

In attendance were board members Trent Gale, Frank Galloway, Tom Minor and Jim Byars.  Not attending were board members Steve LeGrow, Jim Trimble and Glenn Terry.  There were 2 guests present.

Old Business:

A draft of the mail out concerning a fire substation in Eagle Landing was reviewed.  There were several suggestions and requests for revisions before the letter is mailed.

Lake Milfoil Weevils – The weevils were installed in the lake on 6-17-2008.  There is early indication that they are working.

Dam – The dam has been mowed.

Fence on the Runway – At the west end of the airstrip a fence separating Eagle Landing property and Hwy 161 has fallen and is in need of immediate repair.  Trent Gale agreed to contact Van Templeton and his crew to repair the fence.  The repair involves replacing 4 posts and a small amount of wire.  No trespassing signs will also be posted along this fence.

Architectural Committee:

Mr. Gamino has been notified that he needs to submit architectural plans before any construction begins.

Compliance:

There has been some concern expressed over barking dogs in the community.  Trent Gale will correspond with the dog owners to see if a resolution can be reached.

Common Grounds:

Some homeowners are still requesting that no fishing signs be posted on the north end of the lake.
