Board of Directors Meeting

In attendance were board members Trent Gale, Frank Galloway, Jim Byars, Jim Trimble, Glenn Terry and George Meriweather. There were visitors.

Minutes is previous meeting were read and approved as written. Motion was made by Frank Galloway and seconded by Glenn Terry; Motion Carried.

Old Business:

Fire House substation new specifications were introduced to the board form the committee. Board felt the specs were too complicated and involved for the scope of this project. Sent back to the committee to rework and simplify.

New Business: None

Committee Reports:

Treasurer Report: None given; Debbie Dennis absent

Architectural Committee:

Approval given to Joe Politi for clearance of building site and laying out house footings, Committee requested another check and verification after footings are in place.

Common Area: Nothing noted. Still awaiting bids for mowing
