Meeting was called to order at 5:00 pm. In attendance were board members Frank Galloway, Tom Minor, Jim Higgins, Glenn Terry, Jan Kenyan and George Meriwether; Absent – Jim Trimble. There were 2 visitors present.

Minutes of the previous meeting were approved as revised. Motion was made by Glenn Terry and seconded by Jim Higgins; motion carried.

A motion was made by George Meriwether and seconded by Tom Minor to accept the treasurer report: motion carried.

Architectural Committee: No Report

Fire Wise and Neighborhood Watch:  Firewise compliance was met for 2009.

Defibrillators: There are no new grants available at this time.

Neighborhood Watch: Some of the signs are up and the remainder will go up soon.

BE ALERT TO WHAT IS HAPPENING IN OUR COMMUNITY!

Common Area:
More weevils will be arriving around the first week in May.

The board is still making contact with the county commissioner concerning road repairs.

There is still firewood available at Frank Galloway’s hangar.
