Meeting was called to order at 5:05 pm. In attendance were board members Frank Galloway, Tom Minor, Jim Higgins, Jim Trimble, Glenn Terry and Jan Kenyan. There was 1 visitor present.

Minutes of the previous meeting were approved as written. Motion was made by Tom Minor and seconded by Jan Kenyan; motion carried.

Treasurer Report was read. A motion was made by Tom Minor and seconded by Jim Higgins to accept the treasurer report: motion carried.

Architectural Committee: No Report

Fire Wise and Neighborhood Watch:
All signs have been installed. A request for reimbursement for installation of $6.83 was requested and approved.

A motion was made by George Meriwether and seconded by Jim Higgins to reimburse Ms. Kenyan’s fuel expense to attend fire wise meeting; motion carried.

Firewise has completed their ongoing project involving the fire substation located in Eagle Landing; investigating placing fire hydrants in the community as their next project.

The Avinger Fire Department can get decals for construction of a new Smokey Sign. Jan Kenyan to follow up;

Common Area:
A motion was made by Jim Higgins and seconded by George Meriwether to purchase another set of weevils for 2010; motion carried.

Mowing bids will be mailed out in the upcoming month.

Compliance: There is a report of a travel trailer being located on property for more than a month. Frank Galloway to follow up;

The board continues to receive complaints of dogs barking.

Old Business:
Road repairs have begun.

Lawsuit: The motion to compel hearing set for March 19, 2010 was cancelled.

There has been no contact from the Mims Water Corporation however the spillway repairs have been completed.

New Business:
A homeowner expressed some concern about the revival held in an Eagle Landing hangar. The concerns included traffic, parking, and liability.

A catering quote for 60 people at the annual meeting was presented. A motion was made by Tom Minor and seconded by Glenn Terry to accept with an increase to 75 people; motion carried.
